This is a 4 or 8 week plan with the idea of building up your running endurance, helping you go further on your workouts over a longer period of time. Ever wish you could run further with less effort, then this is the plan for you. We will use proven techniques to improve running efficiency alongside a progressive, individual plan to help you achieve your goal. This plan will be individual and will work around your lifestyle.

We will provide:
– A complete plan for 4/8 weeks
– Training monitored via Strava
– Communication via WhatsApp/text/email
– Training plan adjustment if required
– Weekly check in phone call (if wanted)
