We are teaming up with NL Fitness this year to put a number of teams into the Hope24 running festival. This is an event where you can be part of a team, or run individually, to see how much ground you can cover in 24 hours. The event takes place around the trails of Newnham Park, Plympton and offers camping for the entire weekend as well.

It is a great event to run in but also as part of a team, hence we are looking to get some participants in this year.

What we are looking to offer is a training package to get you ready for the day, this will include;

• 12-Week Bespoke Training Plan, tailored towards you and also the endurance event
• Access to our weekly NL Fitness Run Group
• Entry to Hope24 and part of our NL/RFRF Team
• An NL/RFRF T-shirt
