A 4/8/12 week fitness plan tailored to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, predominantly through running, to stay in shape and feel good about yourself. We can offer plans to suit you, that will fit in to your lifestyle and other sports. The plans will make the most out of your training time, by having a coach you will have all the encouragement you need to achieve your fitness goals!

We will provide:
– A complete plan for 4/8/12 weeks
– Training monitored via Strava
– Communication via WhatsApp/text/email
– Training plan adjustment if required
– Weekly check in phone call (if wanted)
