A complete 12 week running program aimed at people who want to get into the sport with a personalised plan to fit around their busy lives. This step by step program will include some simple to follow run sessions plus some gradual strength and conditioning to increase resistance to injury.

This program is aimed at the complete novice who is currently running less than a mile but wants to complete a 5km.

We will provide:
– A complete plan for 12 weeks
– Training monitored via Strava
– Communication via WhatsApp/text/email
– Training plan adjustment if required
– Weekly check in phone call (if wanted)
