A new track group aimed at any 11-18 year old’s who want to improve all aspects of their running, this group will take place each Friday just before our Open Track Group.
This group will support anyone who is already keen on running but will also suit team sport players. It will help in improving or keeping their fitness up over the summer months, it will also improve their short sprint speed.
The group will take place most Fridays from 5:15pm to 6pm and you can sign up for individual dates. If this is something that you feel your child may be interested in then simple sign up or drop us a message for more information and we will be in touch.
